In "Young Sheldon" Season 6, Episode 16, "A Stolen Truck and Going on the Lam," Missy Cooper (Raegan Revord) is having a difficult time. She's tired of being overshadowed by her genius twin brother, Sheldon (Iain Armitage), and hates witnessing her parents fight. That's why, along with her friend Paige Swanson (Mckenna Grace), she steals her dad's truck and runs away. While fan favorite Paige is supportive of Missy on-screen, Grace was also by Revord's side off-screen when the actor experienced panic attacks during the filming of the episode.

In January, Revord and her mother were T-boned by an intoxicated driver on their way to the set. It was a traumatic experience and made it difficult for her to film the Season 6 episode, in which she is mostly behind the wheel of a car. Luckily, Revord had Grace for support.

In an interview with People, Revord said, "She was comforting me and if I started to panic, she would pause everything and just help me laugh and stuff and just hold me.

" Revord also expressed gratitude to Grace in an Instagram post, to which the latter responded, "So proud of you for fighting through this. Love you ❤️Thelma and Louise!!!" Grace wasn't the only one working to pull Revord through those tough days, however.

Iain Armitage sent Raegan Revord flowers after her car accident

Missy and Sheldon Cooper might not have the warmest or fuzziest sibling bond on "Young Sheldon," but behind the scenes, Iain Armitage knows how to conduct a truly heartfelt gesture.

After Raegan Revord's accident, he sent her some flowers. "They were beautiful, smelled amazing, and [had] a very sweet note with them," she described to People. In response to Revord's Instagram post about the incident, Armitage commented, "So glad you are alright!!"

Additionally, producers put no pressure on her to return to work before she was ready, but the love and support of her work family made her prefer the bustling studio environment over the seclusion of her bedroom, where she struggled to think of anything but the crash.

While going back to work was difficult, especially since Revord has to regularly pass the spot where it happened — and where pieces of glass from the crash remained for several weeks afterward — she pushed through the uneasiness with the help of Mckenna Grace, Armitage, and the rest of the cast and crew.
