We still haven't come to terms with the fact that Supernatural is finally coming to an end after 15 seasons. However, amidst our sorrow, we are curious to find out what the cast members have lined up for their future projects. Luckily, most of our beloved actors have already secured other roles, alleviating our worries about not seeing them on our screens for too long. With just a few weeks remaining before the show bids its final farewell to Sam and Dean Winchester, let's take a look at what lies ahead for the cast.
Jensen Ackles is currently undecided about his next endeavor.
The actor, who portrayed Dean Winchester on Supernatural, mentioned at the Television Critics Panel last year that he considered taking a break after the show ends. However, his wife, Danneel Ackles, encouraged him to dive right back into work. As a result, we'll have to wait and see where he lands next. Jared Padalecki, on the other hand, will not be leaving The CW for his next role.
He is set to star in and executive produce Walker, a modern reimagining of the 1990s series Walker, Texas Ranger. Padalecki will be taking on the lead role of Walker and will be joined onscreen by fellow Supernatural alum Mitch Pileggi, who will portray his father.
