Jesse played a significant role in raising Michelle in Full House and remained close to her even after he got married and had his own kids. However, the youngest Tanner kid was absent from Fuller House as the Olsen twins refused to be involved. In season 5, episode 15, Jesse visits the Tanner home frustrated about an incident with their adopted daughter. He recalls telling Michelle to pinch back when she was bullied, but later realized it was wrong and corrected his mistake.
Despite this, Jesse suggests retaliating against the kid who bit Pamela, showing that he may have thrown reasoning out the window in the heat of the moment.
