However, just a week after having her daughter, she auditioned for the part of Chelsea and got the job. When Charlie Sheen was fired in the middle of production for season eight, Taylor felt naive about his past and didn't know much about the situation. She also expressed disappointment that her character didn't get a proper conclusion when leaving the show. Despite not speaking to Sheen since their last episode together, Taylor said she would work with him again.
