Television viewers are relieved that the writer and actor strikes won't leave them staring at a blank screen. The strikes have had a fast impact on the entertainment industry, especially on television. Major networks like ABC and CBS had to change their schedules for the upcoming TV season, postponing or removing scripted content. To fill the gaps, CBS borrowed content from Paramount Plus, including the reboot of Frasier, Yellowstone, and the British sitcom Ghosts. CBS is also premiering a new spinoff of NCIS called NCIS: Sydney, which marks the first international spinoff of the popular show. The series will incorporate an Australian twist and will premiere on November 13th.
