It turned out to be a messy separation between Jon Cryer and Sarah Trigger. Things took another turn during their divorce settlement after Trigger requested increased child support payments. According to her attorney Vicky Green, Trigger was hardly getting by with her $8,000 payments.
"The court determined that it was not in their son, Charley's best interest to take his mother's child support down to $0," Ms Green said.
Another sources added, "Sarah is already up to her eyeballs in debt and is terrified that she is going to end up homeless. She is fully aware that it will be very difficult to win custody of her son back if she is homeless, something that I'm sure that Jon is more than aware of too."
Trigger took things to court, asking for an outrageous amount per month, going from $8,000 per month, to $88,000. According to TMZ, this was request was shot down in court instantly.
