Fans of Law & Order: SVU know that certain characters seem to be magnetic with one another. The chemistry is palpable and it's unclear if it could be more than a friendship. Of course, that includes Detective Amanda Rollins (Kelli Giddish) and ADA Dominick "Sonny" Carisi Jr. (Peter Scanavino). It seems the relationship between Rollins and Carisi in SVU is taking a romantic turn, and fans recently reacted to a moment between the two in a trailer teasing what's to come in season 23 of and season 2 of Organized Crime.
Rollins and Carisi in SVU have worked together since season 16 when Carisi first came to the squad as a detective. He's now the ADA of the Special Victims Unit, and over the years, these two have worked well together. They truly care about each other as good friends, and it's clear they're close. Although they've both been with other people over the years, they've kept a strong connection which has prompted fans to ship them and want them to get together romantically.
The chemistry between them is evident, and it all came to a head in the finale of season 22. At the party for Sergeant Odafin "Fin" Tutuola's (Ice-T) wedding (which didn't happen by the way) to Phoebe Baker (Jennifer Esposito), Rollins takes the opportunity and kisses Carisi.
