"Friends" was known for its Thanksgiving episodes, which were a highlight of the show. Ranking at the bottom is "The One With Rachel's Other Sister" from Season 9. In the penultimate episode of the series, "The One With the Late Thanksgiving," Monica and Chandler lock their friends out of the apartment after they arrive late.

While the episode has a sweet ending with Monica and Chandler being chosen as adoptive parents, the jokes feel forced. "The One Where Chandler Doesn't Like Dogs" is a nondescript Season 7 episode where Chandler fakes a dog allergy, and Phoebe sneaks a pup around the apartment.

While it's an average episode, it doesn't stand out like the others. "The One With the Rumor" from Season 8 is notable for featuring Brad Pitt as a former high school classmate of the gang.

It's the most brilliantly executed bit of stunt casting in sitcom history, even if some aspects haven't aged well. The Thanksgiving episode that started it all, "The One Where Underdog Gets Away" in Season 1, sees the friends locked out of their apartment.

The bickering and burnt dinner end in forgiveness and grilled cheese sandwiches with Chandler, who despises Thanksgiving food due to his parents' divorce announcement on the holiday. "The One With the Football" in Season 3 showcases the competitive nature of Monica and Ross as they play touch football on Thanksgiving. The absurdity of their rivalry is kept in check, making it a standout episode.

In "The One With Chandler in a Box" from Season 4, Chandler is forced to stay in a box as penance for kissing Joey's girlfriend.
