The return of the classic family TV sitcom seemed to fill a void in all millennials that we didn’t know was actually a void in the first place. Since the premiere of on Netflix, fans of the original family show have been delving into the past in order to relive their youth via D.J., Stephanie, Kimmy, Michelle, Danny, Uncle Jesse, and Joey (and yes, we’re still sad to say that the Olsen twins HAVE YET to film an episode of the reboot).
Even though the stories are more new and daring, the feeling the show gives us is still the same.

20 D.J. and Steve Went to Prom Together in Real Life
If you follow Candace Cameron Bure’s IG feed, you already are aware that both she and Scott Weinger (who plays D.
J.’s love interest Steve in both shows) actually went to Bure’s real-life prom. Now, now, don’t get too excited – the two never actually dated in real life, but they are very close friends and did a lot of things together off-camera.

Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you know that Lori Loughlin (Becky) is in some pretty deep water when it comes to her daughter Olivia, her college, and some pretty illegal activities.

Okay, so John Stamos' troubled “past” wasn’t that too far in the past. Right before production started on Stamos was arrested for driving under the influence. Though his explanation is pretty believable: He was taking a substance that leans out muscle mass (that he said he was taking for the show).
