Nicki Aycox, a well-known actress who gained recognition for her recurring role on the television series Supernatural, has tragically passed away at the age of 47. The confirmation of Aycox's death was shared by her sister-in-law, Susan Raab Ceklosky, in a heartfelt Facebook post. However, the post did not disclose the cause of her untimely demise.

In the Facebook post, Ceklosky expressed her deep sorrow and paid tribute to her sister-in-law.

She described Aycox as beautiful, intelligent, fierce, incredibly talented, and loving. Ceklosky mentioned that Aycox's husband, Matt Raab, was by her side during her final moments. The couple had enjoyed a wonderful life together in California. Ceklosky also highlighted Aycox's fighting spirit and mentioned that she was deeply loved by everyone who knew her. Aycox is best remembered for her role as Meg Masters on Supernatural, where she appeared from 2006 to 2008.

She shared the screen with actors Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki during her time on the show.

Upon learning of Aycox's passing, the creator of Supernatural, Erik Kripke, expressed his devastation on Twitter. Kripke described Aycox as the first actress to portray the character Meg Masters and expressed his admiration for her acting skills.

Her last acting role was in 2014, portraying the character of Danielle Williams in the film Dead on Campus.
