Matt LeBlanc recently paid tribute to his late co-star Matthew Perry in a heartfelt Instagram post. LeBlanc shared stills of their Friends characters, Joey and Chandler, as well as a photo of the entire cast together. In his tribute, LeBlanc expressed his sadness and honored the memories they shared. He described the times they spent together as some of the best moments of his life and expressed how he will always remember and smile when he thinks of Perry.
LeBlanc ended the tribute with a lighthearted joke about the 20 dollars Perry owed him. LeBlanc is the first member of the Friends cast to release an individual statement about Perry's death. However, he, along with Jennifer Aniston, Lisa Kudrow, Courteney Cox, and David Schwimmer, previously released a joint statement expressing their devastation over the loss.
They referred to themselves as a family and stated that they will take time to grieve and process the loss.
They also sent their thoughts and love to Perry's family, friends, and fans around the world. Perry passed away on October 28th in Los Angeles.
