Brooke Mueller has a history of crime. She was married to Charlie Sheen for three years, and their marriage ended in divorce when the actor was blamed for domestic violence. The former couple got hitched in 2008 and share two twins, Max Sheen, and Bob Sheen. The actor was well-known for his role as Charlie Harper in the CBS sitcom. Sheen was fired from the show in 2011, the same year his marriage with Mueller ended.

With their troubled marriage, they fought a long battle for custody of their boys. Initially, Mueller got the custody of Bob and Max, however, the actress was checked into rehab in December 2010. Both were granted joint custody of the boys, but Mueller was granted physical custody, so they lived with her.
